My main line of research is the application of new technologies for food processing, mainly in the field of dairy products.
I received the “Extraordinary Doctorate Award” from the Autonomous University of Barcelona (2005-2006). I am a founding member of two spin-off companies of the UAB: FELNUTI, SL and YPSICON, SL, which markets products for people with food intolerance and high pressure equipment and systems, respectively.
