I have participated in numerous R + D + i projects and knowledge transfer, in its management and execution, together with other research groups and the agri-food industry. My research has been focused on the application of new technologies for the improvement of food safety and stability, in comparison to conventional processing technologies, as well as in the analysis and study of the evolution of the characteristics of these products over time. Recently, I started a new line of research, based on the improvement of the characteristics of plant products and by-products.
