We offer the knowledge and facilities to develop, optimize, characterize and evaluate bakery and pastry products, included in gluten-free products. We have experience in both formulation and processing, as well as physical-chemical, microbiological and sensory analysis of bakery products.

The line presents a series of services that include:

We can offer research, innovation and development support to any type of bakery industries. The technology has been tested on an industrial scale in an operating environment. A Catalan SME has marketed some of the gluten-free products developed by CERTA for some years.
