My functions within the research group are to manage the different laboratories of the Research Center, as well as to check and maintain the different equipment of all the laboratories we have.

I am in charge of document management, preparation of SOPs and preparation and follow-up of orders.

I also support the research and technical staff in the physicochemical, microbiological, sensory, etc. analyses that are carried out in the development of agreements with companies and projects.

I also participate in the quality management of CERTA, being part of the steering committee and the Quality committee, and developing tasks such as personnel management, equipment calibration and maintenance plans, and new personnel reception plan.
