(2) promote the development of the critical thinking skills of the student; (3) and promote a successful development of the student as a professional and as a person.<\/p>\n<p>Today, my approach to teaching is the preparation of food and the quality of fish and egg products in various subjects of different undergraduate programs (for example, veterinarians, food science and biology). In addition, I participate in several MS programs and I am a guest speaker for other courses on request.
