Nuestra oferta es utilizar estos ingredientes, s\u00f3lo eliminando sus caracter\u00edsticas indeseables (incluyendo la estabilizaci\u00f3n microbiol\u00f3gica) y realizando sencillas modificaciones para aumentar su funcionalidad.<\/p>\n<p>En el caso de los antioxidantes ya conocemos que la combinaci\u00f3n de diferentes compuestos proporciona un efecto sin\u00e9rgico que aumenta su efectividad. En sub-productos de origen vegetal frecuentemente la fracci\u00f3n rica en antioxidantes lo es tambi\u00e9n en fibra, y permite combinar ambas propiedades.[\/vc_column_text]<div class=\"nectar-fancy-ul\" data-list-icon=\"icon-salient-thin-line\" data-animation=\"false\" data-animation-delay=\"0\" data-color=\"accent-color\" data-spacing=\"default\" data-alignment=\"left\"> \n<ul>\n<li>Se han aplicado ingredientes naturalmente ricos en fibra en productos de panificaci\u00f3n y bebidas para mejorar su contenido en fibra, y al mismo tiempo tambi\u00e9n mejorar sus propiedades sensoriales y tecnol\u00f3gicas.<\/li>\n<li>A partir del suero de queser\u00eda, un importante subproducto de la industria l\u00e1ctea, se elaboraron batidos l\u00e1cteos saborizados.
