La UHPH permite simult\u00e1neamente la esterilizaci\u00f3n de alimentos l\u00edquidos, destruyendo formas vegetativas microbianas y esporas, y la estabilizaci\u00f3n f\u00edsica sin aditivos (evita la precipitaci\u00f3n y separaci\u00f3n de componentes que constituyen una emulsi\u00f3n), manteniendo el color natural, sabor, valor nutritivo y apariencia de producto fresco.<\/p>\n<p>El beneficio del sistema UHPH, en relaci\u00f3n a los tratamientos t\u00e9rmicos de esterilizaci\u00f3n tradicionales, reside en la obtenci\u00f3n de productos de mayor calidad, m\u00e1s estables y menos afectados desde el punto de vista organol\u00e9ptico y nutricional, con un menor consumo energ\u00e9tico y sin aditivos.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][vc_column column_padding=&#8221;padding-5-percent&#8221;
