El sistema UHPH permet simult\u00e0niament l\u2019esterilitzaci\u00f3 d\u2019aliments l\u00edquids, destruint formes vegetatives microbianes i espores, i l\u2019estabilitzaci\u00f3 f\u00edsica sense additius (evita la precipitaci\u00f3 i separaci\u00f3 de components que constitueixen una emulsi\u00f3), tot i mantenint el color natural, el sabor, el seu valor nutritiu i aparen\u00e7a de producte fresc.<\/p>\n<p>El benefici del sistema UHPH, en relaci\u00f3 als tractaments t\u00e8rmics d\u2019esterilitzaci\u00f3 tradicionals, resideix en la obtenci\u00f3 de productes de major qualitat, m\u00e9s estables i menys afectats des del punt de vista organol\u00e8ptic i nutricional, amb un menor consum energ\u00e8tic i sense additius.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][vc_column column_padding=&#8221;padding-5-percent&#8221;
